Where is the film installed?

Window film is applied to the inside of your windows for maximum protection and durability. We tint front and rear side windows, quarter glass, rear windshields, and optional windshields (visor strip or full ceramic).

What kind of window film do you use?

We use premium-grade Geoshield Carbon and Ceramic films, known for heat rejection, clarity, and long-term durability. Every install includes a lifetime warranty.

Do you offer mobile tinting?

Yes! We service Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas within a 35-mile radius. Our mobile tinting service is fully equipped to deliver shop-quality installs at your location.

How long does window tint installation take?

- Two front windows: ~45–60 mins
- Full vehicle: 2–3 hours
- SUVs & trucks: 2.5–4 hours

Will there be any dust or contamination in the film?

We do our best to ensure a clean install — filtered water, lint-free materials, and clean workspaces. However, as a mobile service, minor dust or particles may occasionally be present. These are usually microscopic and within industry standards.

What should I know about tint removal and defroster lines?

When removing tint, especially from the rear windshield, there is a risk of damaging defroster lines. Even with the best tools and techniques, aged film or weak lines can lift or peel. Tint Werkz is not liable for damage to defroster lines during tint removal, but we take every precaution to avoid it.

How do I care for my tint after installation?

  • ✔️  Don’t roll down windows for 3–5 days
  • ✔️  Don’t touch or push on bubbles — they will clear during curing
  • ✔️  Avoid cleaning the inside glass for at least 1 week
  • ✔️  Only use ammonia-free cleaners and soft microfiber cloths

Is your window film covered by a warranty?

Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on Geoshield Carbon and Ceramic films. Coverage includes peeling, fading, bubbling, and delamination. Scratches, damage, or misuse are not covered.
